"FREE TO WORSHIP" Video Recording

VIDEO RECORDING RELEASE AND AUTHORIZATION

If attending, your RSVP confirms agreement to the following terms:

Participant hereby grants permission to Dearick Milton and Sugar Bee's Boy, LLC (hereinafter "the Producers") to include his/her likeness, image, and voice in the music video recording for the song "Free to Worship" and any promotional materials related to the video shoot. 

Participant understands and agrees that he/she will not be entitled to any compensation, payment, or royalties for attendance or participation in the video shoot, or for the use of his/her likeness, image, and voice in any related promotional materials.

Participant agrees to not use any recording devices, including but not limited to phones, cameras, or any other recording equipment, during the video shoot. The participant further agrees not to post any content related to the video shoot or any unreleased footage of the music video on any social media platform or other public medium prior to the public release of the video.

Participant understands that all rights, including but not limited to copyright and distribution rights, are reserved by Dearick Milton and Sugar Bee's Boy, LLC. 

Any unauthorized recording, distribution, or use of the video content is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action by the Producers.

Participant understands the Producers shall not be responsible for incidents that result in injury or property violations and losses during his/her attendance at the video recording.

If attending, the participant's RSVP acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the terms and conditions outlined above and agree to comply with all the provisions set forth herein.
